All policies governing use of the Freedom Franchise Ecosystem™, its brand, systems, intellectual property, and approved partner operations.
Last Updated: May 7, 2026These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User," "Senior Partner," or "Licensee") and Adam Chamsine, sole proprietor, operating as the Freedom Franchise Ecosystem™ ("FFE"), EIN 33-4135620, Prosper, Texas, USA.
By accessing any FFE website, funnel, community, course, or digital asset — or by making any payment to Adam Chamsine — you agree to be fully bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, cease all access immediately.
Acceptance occurs through: (a) clicking an "I Agree" checkbox at checkout; (b) continuing to use any FFE page or community after these Terms are displayed; or (c) completing any purchase. Use of any FFE system constitutes full acceptance.
You must be at least 18 years of age to access any FFE program, community, or offer.
Adam Chamsine may update these Terms at any time without notice. The current version will be posted at the applicable FFE web property. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Collin County, Texas. You irrevocably consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
Adam Chamsine is the sole and exclusive owner of all intellectual property comprising the Freedom Franchise Ecosystem™, including:
Any derivative work, improvement, or adaptation created by a Senior Partner using FFE materials, systems, or confidential information — whether alone or in collaboration — is the exclusive property of Adam Chamsine. Senior Partners assign all rights in any such work to Adam Chamsine upon creation.
No license, right, or interest in any FFE intellectual property is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise. The only rights granted are those expressly stated in the White-Label License Scope section below.
Subject to this Agreement and full compliance at all times, Adam Chamsine grants each approved Senior Partner a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use approved FFE materials solely for the purpose of operating their authorized FFE partner business.
Adam Chamsine retains full, exclusive, and unilateral authority over all aspects of the Freedom Franchise Ecosystem™ at all times, including: products and programs approved for use within FFE; pricing, positioning, and messaging; funnel and brand asset design; community structure and membership; commission structures; and all onboarding and operational processes.
The Founder may, at any time and at sole discretion, add, remove, replace, pause, discontinue, or restructure any digital product, program, funnel, bonus, training, tool recommendation, or offer within FFE — including Legacy Builders or any other third-party program.
Legacy Builders is one optional product inside FFE — it is not the identity of the ecosystem. Its inclusion, exclusion, or modification does not alter the validity of this Agreement or entitle any partner to a refund or compensation.
No Senior Partner has any vested interest, entitlement, or claim to any specific product, bonus, or income stream remaining available inside FFE.
Adam Chamsine holds exclusive authority to set, adjust, or modify pricing of any product or service within FFE. Unauthorized pricing modifications constitute a material breach of this Agreement.
The following are the exclusive property of Adam Chamsine, reserved for Founder use only:
No Senior Partner, licensee, or third party may register, claim, or use — in any jurisdiction or platform — without express written authorization from Adam Chamsine:
As a Senior Partner, you will have access to proprietary, non-public information belonging to Adam Chamsine ("Confidential Information"), including:
You agree to: (a) keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential; (b) use it solely to operate your authorized FFE partner business; (c) not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent; (d) take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.
Confidentiality obligations survive termination of your partner relationship indefinitely. FFE systems and methods constitute protectable trade secrets under Texas law.
During your active partner relationship and for 12 months following termination for any reason, you agree not to use FFE Confidential Information, materials, or proprietary systems to build, launch, or promote a competing digital franchise, business-in-a-box, or white-label ecosystem substantially similar to FFE in structure, delivery, or positioning.
This restriction does not prohibit other online business activities that do not rely on FFE's proprietary materials or Confidential Information.
Adam Chamsine may immediately suspend, revoke, or terminate any Senior Partner's license and access — without prior notice and without refund — for:
Upon termination, you must immediately: (a) cease all use of FFE materials and brand assets; (b) remove all FFE funnels and pages from any platform you control; (c) cease representing yourself as an FFE Senior Partner; (d) delete or destroy all copies of FFE Confidential Information; (e) comply with additional takedown instructions from Adam Chamsine within 48 hours of receipt.
Initiating a chargeback against Adam Chamsine results in immediate and permanent revocation of all access. Reinstatement will not be considered under any circumstances. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of all chargeback amounts plus fees and legal costs.
The relationship between Adam Chamsine and any Senior Partner is strictly that of licensor and licensee. Nothing in this Agreement creates or implies:
Adam Chamsine and the Freedom Franchise Ecosystem™ make no guarantees regarding income, revenue, or results. Any earnings figures or income examples referenced in FFE marketing represent exceptional outcomes and are not typical. The average participant may earn little to no income.
Your results will be determined by your individual effort, experience, market conditions, tool proficiency, and factors beyond the Founder's control. Past results are not a guarantee of future performance. All income statements are estimates only.
Testimonials and case studies represent individual experiences only and are not a guarantee of your results.
As a Senior Partner earning commissions, you are independently responsible for clearly disclosing your material connection to any product you promote, per FTC guidelines. Failure to disclose is a violation of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination.
Adam Chamsine and/or FFE Senior Partners may earn affiliate commissions from tools and programs recommended within FFE, including Systeme.io, Skool, Namecheap, Google Workspace, Make.com, and the Legacy Builders program. These are affiliate relationships. Recommendations are based on genuine use and belief in the product's value.
FFE recommends third-party platforms as part of its ecosystem. Adam Chamsine has no control over and is not responsible for the availability, pricing, functionality, or reliability of any third-party platform. Changes to any tool — including price increases or discontinuation — do not entitle any partner or user to a refund.
FFE utilizes AI tools to generate content, prompts, copy, and automation logic. AI-generated content is a productivity tool only. Adam Chamsine makes no warranties about the accuracy or legal compliance of AI-generated outputs. You are solely responsible for reviewing and ensuring compliance of any AI-generated content you publish.
We collect information you provide when you opt in, register, or purchase — including name, email address, and phone number. Payment data is processed securely by third-party processors; we do not store card details.
All marketing emails include a clear unsubscribe mechanism. We honor all unsubscribe requests promptly. By opting in, you consent to receive communications related to FFE programs. You may unsubscribe at any time.
FFE websites use cookies to track behavior and optimize conversions. By using any FFE web property, you consent to cookie use. You may disable cookies in your browser, though this may affect functionality.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted service providers (email platforms, payment processors, analytics) solely as necessary to operate FFE. All service providers are required to maintain data confidentiality.
FFE is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18. If we become aware a minor has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly.

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access upon payment, we maintain a strict no-refund policy without exception.
Digital Delivery Clause: Upon payment, you receive immediate access to FFE programs and digital assets. This constitutes full fulfillment of our service obligation. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge this and waive any right to a refund.
The only exception is a verified duplicate charge from a billing error. Contact adam@adamchamsine.com within 7 days for resolution.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support results in immediate and permanent termination of all access. This is non-reversible.
Adam Chamsine shall not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, including platform outages (Systeme.io, Skool, Make.com), internet disruptions, government actions, cyberattacks, or other force majeure events. No such event entitles any partner or user to a refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adam Chamsine's total liability to any user or partner shall not exceed the amount actually paid by that individual in the 30 days preceding the claim. Adam Chamsine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Adam Chamsine from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of FFE systems or materials; (b) your violation of this Agreement; (c) your marketing or sales activities; (d) any content you create or distribute; (e) your failure to comply with applicable laws or FTC requirements.
All participants in any FFE-affiliated Skool community agree to abide by community rules published by Adam Chamsine. The Founder reserves the right to remove or ban any member at sole discretion for disruptive, harmful, or off-brand conduct.
If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Adam Chamsine regarding your use of FFE and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
